After testing many pages, I finally found a scenario where the problem reproduces. The cause of this problem lies in the settings of WP Super Cache.
Unchecking „304 Not Modified browser cache. Indicates that the webpage has not been modified since its last request. (Recommended)“ solved it.
After unchecking, you also need to clear the cache of WP Super Cache and Memcached, as well as Tencent CDN cache.
PS: I tested on my own computer and virtual machine and didn't have this problem. If you still find this issue, please let me know.
Update on June 3:Currently, I have switched to W3 Total Cache, then switched to WP Rocket, and also enabled 304 caching.
