2. Enter your website URL. If your site has SSL enabled, select the HTTPS format.
3. Download the verification file, then upload it to your website's root directory using FTP software. Click verify, and do not delete the file after verification passes.
4. After successful verification, submit links.
5. Enter your sitemap address, fill it in, and submit.
Sitemap Plugin Recommendations
If your website doesn't have a sitemap address yet, you can install a sitemap plugin yourself. In the WordPress Admin Dashboard, search for 'sitemap'—the top 4 results are all suitable. Among them, Yoast SEO and All in One SEO Pack are SEO plugins; sitemap is an additional feature that needs to be manually enabled. For Yoast SEO, only the paid version supports sitemap.

Basic Process
1. Webpage CrawlingEach independent search engine has its own web crawling program, called a Spider.
