If your domain was not purchased from Tencent Cloud but from Alibaba Cloud or other domestic websites, you can generally find the domain certificate download link on your domain details page. If you cannot find it, you can contact customer service or search the help center; it can be found. If your domain is registered with a foreign registrar, according to new regulations for filing (you can consult the filing customer service), you may need to transfer the domain to a domestic registrar before filing.
