What does website 410 redirect or 410 error mean?
Baidu Baike defines the 410 error as follows:
The requested resource is no longer available on the server, and no forwarding address is known. This condition should be considered permanent. If possible, clients with link editing capabilities should delete all references to this address after obtaining user permission. If the server does not know or cannot determine whether this condition is permanent, then a 404 status code should be used. Unless otherwise specified, this response is cacheable.
Simply put, a 410 error, like a 404 error, tells search engines that the page no longer exists.
The difference between 410 error and 404 error
