Some domain extensions may have renewal prices of over a hundred yuan, which is not cost-effective.

Regarding domain name history
When someone fails to renew their domain name, after a period of grace, the domain becomes available for registration again. So after choosing a domain name to register, it is best to check its history to ensure it is clean.
There are websites online to check whois history; you can search for them. However, more directly, you can check whether the domain name you want to register is clean through the following points (it is possible that the domain was previously used for spam sites or illegal sites).

In short, try to register and use domain names with a clean history.
